Lead UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead meetings with stakeholders, product team and tech. architects to capture client requirements.

• Lead UX Research, act on generated insights and aid in smooth user journey design

• Work with onsite user research team

• Work with identified stakeholders to brainstorm, design and execute great ideas.

• Ability to create wireframe and mock-ups as per business needs for client requirements.

• Establish and maintain best design practices.

• Lead usability testing for the code written based on submitted designs and suggest improvements wherever required.

• Lead continuous support efforts to existing code developments with periodic review of

maintenance of UX specifications.

• Act as Single Point of Contact for queries about technical aspects and consulting required for design.

• Ability to take ideas from concept to product/module in entirety with accountability from design perspective for various stages involved.

• Mentoring team of junior UX designers by providing guidance to strengthen existing skill-sets.

• Ability to incorporate learnings of user personas and takeaways from user psychology of identified end users into design solutions.

• Seamlessly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with proactive conflict

resolution measures to avoid project delays.

Education Qualification: Certified usability analyst, BFA.
