Measure the weight of the product

1. Before packaging - wt.

2. Post packaging - wt.

Based on the post-packaging wt. connect with your logistic partner and identify the rates of shipping for domestic and international. Find the best fit logistic partner for you considering shipping cost & services provided.

Identifying the shipping cost will help to set your selling price so you can avoid making losses in your transaction. Also it will help if you need to optimise your packaging step.

Chapter 20 : Stay connected with your customer

Don't forgot your customer after dispatching the packet. Be in touch with your client & provide them shipping tracking order no. and update the packet status. And once they receive the packet, always share a thank you message for trusting you and giving you an opportunity to work with them.

For any business commitment plays a major role, whoever it may treat all your customers  with equal attention, respect and assistance.

Two things you have to do,

1. Share tracking details. And keep them updated
