A bank guarantee is an assurance that a bank provides to a contract between two external parties, a buyer and a seller, or in relation to the guarantee, an applicant and a beneficiary. The bank guarantee serves as a risk management tool for the beneficiary, as the bank assumes liability for completion of the contract should the buyer default on their debt or obligation.
Objective
Re-design experience of the entire bank guarantee application with easy-to-use interface and make the process simpler, faster and cleaner.
Process and Approach
Collaborated with the business in-person to understand the requirements, pain-points and expectation from existing application and new version respectively
Studied the existing application from user-centric point of view and suggested gaps & new features that can be incorporated.

Deliverables
Designed a journey of ~40 design screens which covered ideal scenarios with validations & actual data to some extent.
Defined the visual language & styling
Provided design specifications to the development team.
Graphical Assets & Images creation
Performed visual review of the developed version and suggested the fixes.
Worked in-sync with development team to fix the bugs

Designed flyer for marketing / promotional purposes.
