Process and Approach
Boots on the Ground is a product under Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) domain to identify and solve the problems, challenges and constraints faced by the Plant people and make operations smoother and build positive behaviours and create effective relationships.
Collaborated with the vast workforce of 60,000 contractors across more than 2000 sites in 50 countries to understand the requirements, pain-points and expectation to make HSE application more user-friendly and nuture a culture of positive HSE practices.
