YONO (You Only Need One) is the large scale digital transformation of the banking process for web & mobile platform.

Objective
Aim was to provide all-in-one experience from opening an bank account to booking train tickets everything on single platform which is accessible on mobile as well as on web.
YONO project was divided into 4 major garages ->
1. Account Opening
2. Digital banking
3. Financial Super Store
4. Online Market Place.

YONO was one of the largest digital transformation project in the Banking & Finance sector so there were multiple teams/stakeholder working across the four garages and so things are understood and implemented in right way we have used design thinking practise along with Agile methodology so that journey are implemented using human-centric approach.
