Process and Approach
Treasure hunt is the part of "Boots on the Ground" application which is designed to increase engagements among contractors and employees through Gamification to identify Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) problems, challenges and constraints faced by the Plant people and make operations smoother and build positive behaviours and create effective relationships.
Collaborated with the vast workforce of 60,000 contractors across more than 2000 sites in 50 countries to understand the requirements, pain-points and expectation to make HSE application more user-friendly and nuture a culture of positive HSE practices.
Impact
6600 employees participated in the Treasure Hunt league resulting into,
Elimination of 30ktC02, Savings of 5.3 MCHF,920,000 m3 of water saved, and 3,400 high-risk issues solved.
